• Slope: Participants must be at least 3 years old and be Level 2 intermediate skiers or snowboarders.
• Skiing Discovery Lesson: Participants must be at least 3 years old.
• Snowboarding Discovery Lesson: Participants must be at least 8 years old.

• A complimentary locker is available with Snow Plus, Snow Premium, and Slope Pass tickets.
• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years and will be provided at the venue.
• Please check the official website for the latest daily opening hours before your visit.
• Please carry a valid ID card or passport. Entry is only permitted with valid identification. A refundable deposit of AED 25 per guest will be collected for the Access Card at the Ski Dubai admissions counter.
• All customers must sign the mandatory Health and Safety Waiver Form required by Dubai Municipality at the counter. Guests who do not sign the waiver will not be permitted to participate, and the standard cancellation policy will apply without any refund.
• The Penguin Encounter is subject to availability.
• Ski and snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets will be provided at the venue for safety purposes.
• Some rides and features are subject to height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter area.
• Eating and drinking in the snow area are only permitted at Avalanche Café and North 28 Restaurant. Opening hours are from 10:00 AM to midnight.
• No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Guests are not permitted to bring food or drinks into the park.
• Slope access is available only to experienced skiers and snowboarders.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
• The venue is not wheelchair accessible. Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.

How to reach?

• Ski Dubai is located on the ground floor of Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. It is easily accessible by metro, taxi, or car.
• By Metro: Take the Dubai Metro to Mall of the Emirates Metro Station. From the station, follow the signs inside the mall for Ski Dubai.
• By Taxi: Ask your driver to take you to Ski Dubai at Mall of the Emirates, Al Barsha.
• By Car: Drive along Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and follow the signs for Mall of the Emirates. Parking is available at the mall for visitors.
• Location: Ski Dubai, Ground Floor, Mall of the Emirates, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
