- Opening Hours: Aquaventure Waterpark is open daily from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Age & Height Restrictions: Children over 1.2 m in height require an adult ticket. Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. Some rides and attractions may have additional age or height restrictions for safety reasons.
- Swimwear Requirements: Guests must wear appropriate swimwear and should change into their swimwear before entering the water. Refunds will not be provided if entry is denied due to inappropriate attire.
- Food & Beverages: Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not permitted inside Aquaventure Waterpark.
- Safety Guidelines: Guests must enter pools and attractions feet first. Diving is strictly prohibited.
- Health Restrictions: The waterpark is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with back, neck, joint, or heart problems, serious medical conditions, or physical limitations. Guests with contagious illnesses or injuries covered by casts, bandages, or similar coverings are not permitted to participate.
- What to Bring: Guests should bring their own appropriate swimwear for the waterpark.
