- Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult who is 16 years or older.

- Snow Bullet: Participants must be at least 8 years old, over 125 cm tall, and weigh more than 30 kg. The maximum weight limit is 120 kg.
- Slope: Participants must be at least 3 years old and be Level 2 intermediate skiers or snowboarders.
- Skiing Discovery Lesson: Participants must be at least 3 years old.
- Snowboarding Discovery Lesson: Participants must be at least 8 years old.
